   It's not difficult to set up. Just create a new account for yourself,   
   which has its own password. Next you will need to create a filter, which   
   places all incoming messages with your email address into your account.   
   You just need to create 1 filter rule which will ensure that any email   
   including your personal domain name (eg 'geodav@' whatever you   
   personally use) is sent to the inbox of your new account (whatever you   
   call it), and not your joint email account at present.
