     You know, every time I've re-installed Netscape over the past couple   
   of years, or installed onto a different computer, I have a 50/50 chance   
   of getting that same message.  It always seems to work thogh, despite   
   the "server down" message.   
      
     I suspect its because AOL doesn't debug problems with the Netscape   
   servers.
