   I've been using Netscape 7.1 for some time now without a problem.   
   Suddenly, I find that I cannot access certain security websites (URL   
   https). Eg today when trying to access my internet bank account after   
   filling in the login dtails, and hitting 'Send' nothing happens, or   
   sometimes a page tries to open but either fails or shows a mainly blank   
   page, with the 'Done' indicator is seen in the shortcut bar. Some   
   secured sites seem unaffected, but most are. Unsecured sites open fine.   
      
   I've looked at , but nothing unusual   
   there, All SSL protocols are checked. I've even un-installed and   
   re-installed Netscape 7.1, but the problem still remains. It has nothing   
   to do with the hosts file and firewall and antivirus are disabled. I am   
   wondering if it has anything to do with the 128 bit encryption being a   
   factor, since none of the problem sites will work without it. Yet   
   Netscape is supposed to automatically include this encryption level.   
      
   Any suggestions, please?
