   Hi   
      
   I'm using WinXP and Netscape 7.2 and have been for a while. This week,   
   out of the blue, I stopped being able to copy and paste into an email or   
   a Composer page, either from Word or within Netscape itself, using the   
   toolbar (edit/copy, edit/paste, edit/paste without formatting).   
   Sometimes the options are greyed out, sometimes they're there but when   
   you click, nothing happens.   
      
   I can still - usually - do it using keyboard controls (Ctrl+C, Ctrl+ V)   
   and by selecting the text and right clicking, but this leaves me unable   
   to paste a word doc into Composer without formatting which I need to be   
   able to do sometimes.   
      
   I've contacted Netscape who could only suggest that it might be an   
   (unspecified) virus. I investigated and saw that the Blaster worm has   
   that problem; ran several different scans with different virus detectors   
   and found nothing.   
      
   I've deleted and reinstalled Netscape 7.2 (a lot) and today even deleted   
   my profiles and started over from scratch; no luck. I can still   
   copy/paste from the toolbar in Outlook and within Word just fine.   
      
   I've tried a system restore; no luck.   
      
   I searched this group to see if anyone else has had this problem and   
   couldn't see anything but apologies if it has come up before and I   
   missed it.   
      
   Any help would be great.
