   Regardless of whether the typeface in the spreadsheet or database is   
   fixed width or variable, and regardless of whether I choose fixed or   
   variable as the email typeface, once I paste the selected cells into the   
   email I'm composing, the columns are no longer aligned. Sometimes there   
   are four blank spaces between the last character in one column and the   
   first character of the next column to the right. In the two samples   
   below, however, there seems to be a tab between the columns, but the   
   white space varies.   
      
   What's the trick to keeping the columns nicely lined up?

   Here's a sample from Access:   
   (The column headings are: Last Name, Mar Name, First Name, Add, and EM.   
   So in the first row, the second Ariel should be under MarName, Arthur   
   should be under First Name, etc. In the sixth row, the Y should be under   
   Add.)
