Do you have Google set as your start page,       and want to change it?              Tools>>Options>>General, set the Home Page to whatever you want.              By toolbar, do you mean as the default search engine in the search box?       Click on the Google G, and it should drop down a list of choices. I       have Google, AOL, Ask Jeeves, Netscape, and Yahoo as options.              Or have you added some kind of Google Toolbar?? I don't have such a       thing on my 8.0.4.              My location bar is long as heck, but this would vary by screen       resolution. I'm on the 1280 res.              To get more room for the location bar, right click on the toolbar and       select Customize. Click thee Functional tab. Drag unneeded buttons off       the tool bar. As the buttons are removed, the location bar will expand       to fill the space.              You could also create a new toolbar, and move some buttons there, which       would give more room for the location bar.              Lee              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
