   1. In NS7, "Window -> Address Book" will bring up the address book window.   
      
   2. From the address book window, look at "Tools -> Export...".   
    Export options include both LDIF and CSV (Comma Separated Values).

   3. The CSV (Comma Separated Values) format does not support mailing   
    lists. If you have any of these in your address book and you
