   You said that IE is loosing connection as well.  Therefore, why would   
   you uninstall Netscape or even put the blame on Netscape.  Netscape   
   isn't the problem.  It's your connection, a faulty setting somewhere   
   on your computer.  I would contact your ISP and ask them for help.
