   Netscape is my preferred web browser; except for the fact that it takes   
   seemingly forever to open (and I don't like leaving it open all the time   
   just so it's ready for when I want to use it...).  (I'm currently using   
   Netscape version 8.0.3.3 running on an 1800 Mhz Pentium 4 with 1 Gig RAM.   
   My internet connection is cable.)  Seems a while ago, my Netscape had a   
   "Quick Launch" option, which was great!  But somewhere between computer   
   crashes and software re-installations, that Quick Launch feature just   
   disappeared one day and I have since been unable to get it back, despite   
   full re-installations of Netscape itself.  Any helpful feedback on how to   
   get Quick Launch back this would be appreciated.
