   On my old computer -- p-233 mhz, 128 megs ram, I waited a long time   
   for both to start, about 30 seconds.  But with my newer one -- 2.53   
   ghz, 448 megs or ram, their opening in a couple of seconds.   
      
   When I open Moz 1.7.12, on the old machine it took some time, but on   
   the newer one, no sooner do I click on it and its opened.   
      
   So, is this normal? Yes.  As someone said, it depends on your machine   
   and what you have running in the background.   
      
   If you're trying to compare it to IE, just remember this, IE has been   
   preloaded.  Why do you think windows takes so long to start up?   
   Because its preloading IE.
