   Flash should be turn-off-able at the base level just like animation,   
   sound, scripts, and graphics.  It ain't.  We need to resort to this kind   
   of kludge to defend ourselves against the Evil Enemy.   
      
   (besides, it won't work for other bowsers, which need their own kludge).
