   Since this annoying office server upgrade, links from within Outlook have   
   stopped opening in Netscape. They now open up an Explorer window.   
      
   Clicking on Edit/prefs/navigator "set as default browser" doesn't actually   
   enable links to open in Netscape. What do I need to do?
