   Never thought of it.  I stumbled on my trick by accident, and since I   
   know it works, I use it.  Fat, dumb, and happy.   
      
   As for DOS COPY (binary), that's another good trick I'll have to   
   remember.  I figured the headers would get in the way, but I guess that   
   depends on the file format.
