Select Properties.              In the Properties window. look for the Target field. It will end       Netscp.exe".              After that insert -nosplash, with a space before the dash. The result       should look like:              "C:\Program Files\Netscape\Netscape7\Netscp.exe" -nosplash              The exact path may vary on your machine, its the last part that is       important.
