   No, I don't have an answer for your questions, but which Netscape   
   servers are you talking about?  The ones below are the ones for end   
   user questions.  The server has not been down.  There is nothing wrong   
   with them.  Just make sure that you have SSL checked and port 563.   
   Either that or your ISP is blocking that server.
