   Thank you for the clarification, particularly that you are using Netscape 8.   
      
   Note, Netscape 8 is a browser, and only a browser. It has no   
   email/newsreader component as earlier Netscape version do.   
      
   The mail providers in the dropdown list are all web based providers,   
   which the browser can access.   
      
   If centurytel has a webmail interface, you can always navigate to it and   
   use it. As far as adding it to NS8's dropdown, I'm on a Mac.  NS8 is   
   Windows only, so I can't open it to tell.  If I get on a Windows box   
   later, I'll take a look.   
      
   Best bet it to use a true mail client to view the mail.  Outlook Express   
   will work, though I find Thunderbird to be much better.
