   As high as you want.  It has nothing to do with how much RAM you have.   
     When you visit websites, parts of the site are stored on your   
   computer [in the cache] for faster viewing the next time you visit   
   that site.   
      
   Also, in your mail, click on the account, and select File, Compact   
   Folders.
