   1.  Using Microsoft Explorer, you can both put wallpaper items and   
   active desktop items on your Desktop.      The active desktop items of   
   course can be animated .gifs, etc., which go overtop your selected   
   wallpaper.   
      
      
   2. But if you use Netscape as your default browser,  you only are   
   given a choice of putting wallpaper items on your desktop?   Is there   
   any way to still place active desktop items, such as an animated .gif   
   on your desktop from the Netscape broswer?
