   two things:   
      
   First, click on File, Compact Folders.  Does that help?   
      
   If not, then two, locate your mail account within your profile and   
   remove the inbox.msf file.  Do not delete anything that does not have   
   the msf extension.

   But first, if you're using windows, then your profile is hidden, and   
   you can unhide window files by reading this:
