   Caution
            The above type of filter will also delete any newsletters you
   sign up for as well, as they are sent BCC in most cases.
             I recommend the training of JMC (Junk Mail Controls) to
   effectively filter spam (sent BCC or not). If you must use the above
   type filter (which is a basic anti-spam filter) then;

   Dont delete on filter, but move to a folder. Review the folder
   periodically, to ensure that all the messages so filtered are spam. If
   you find some that are legitimate emails then;

   devise a filter to catch that legiimate filter and move it to another
   folder and list it BEFORE the one. In this means,
   legitimate emails that are sent BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) are moved to a
   folder and wont be filtered by the filter that detects them and moves
   them to the deletion folder.

   You will find that many newsletters or publications, even 'notices' from
   your ISP are sent BCC. Simply deleting them will cause you (perhaps) to
   lose some email you'd rather have.
