   Since you are posting with 7.3, I assume you are doing so with an old   
   machine.   
      
   On the problem machine, remove Netscape 7.1, and 7.2, using Control   
   Panel>>Add/Remove Programs.   
      
   Navigate to your C:\\Program Files Common Files folder.  Rename the   
   mozilla.org subfolder to old.mozilla.org, just in case you want to   
   restore it.   
      
   Install NS 7.2.  Will it start now?
