If you prefer the way Netscape looks and feels, then I would recommend
switching over to Mozilla the Suite. Netscape 7.2 is based on Mozilla
1.7.2. The only difference is the Netscape branded name, AOL IM,
Netscape Webmail access and a few other Net/AOL stuff. Otherwise, its
the same program. Mozilla is currently at 1.7.12. However, Moz is
currently dead in the water, but there will be a new program coming
out and picking up where Moz left off. Its called Seamonkey.

You can get more info here: mozilla.org

If you switch over to Mozilla or Seamonkey, then you can use a program
called FreePops [www.freepops.org] to access you Netscape Webmail
mail. I use this for all my accounts and it works great.
