   Open the address book, click on New List, give it name and/or   
   nickname, click OK.  Now, from the list of addresses you have, just   
   click and drag them to the list.   
      
   Now, when you're composing your email, in the address line, you just   
   enter the list name or the nick name.  After you compose your message,   
   you click on Send and off it goes, to the entire list.   
      
   Its just that easy.  The End!!
