   Have you done a check with an AV program to find the virus/worm?   
      
   Note that some viruses/worms cant be cleaned with some AV programs once   
   you have been infected , you need a dedicated 'cleaner' or in some   
   extreme cases a re-installation of the system   
      
   How are you 'healing' the virus/worm?   
   Which virus/worm is it exactly?
