   I'm in Canada, and do what I do, I set up a phony US address.  The US   
   only has 5 numbers in their zip/postal code:   
      
   Street Address is: 123 When Hell Freezes Over Street   
   the city is: Somewhere Over the Rainbow, CA   
   and the zip is: 96321   
      
   I've never given out my real address.
