   After I upgraded to NS 7.2, I cannot listen to ringtones anymore on   
   the Cingular.com site.  When I had 7.0, I had no problems listening to   
   the tones.  Now when I click on the "listen" icon next to the ringtone   
   on the website, I get a grayed-out Windows media bar (with the   
   stop/play/volume/etc. buttons), but am unable to click on any of those   
   buttons or hear any sound.   
      
   I've already contacted Cingular, and they were no help.   
   Any suggestions?????
