Close NS completely. In your profile, rename the file Inbox, without
   extension, to Oldbox. Delete Inbox.msf.

Open NS. It will create a new, empty Inbox. You should also see a new
folder in the tree called Oldbox. Move any messages you want to save
from Oldbox to Inbox. Close NS completely. Delete Oldbox and Oldbox.msf.
