   	I am running Netscape 7.2 on a Windows XP machine.   The browser has   
   performed flawlessly until yesterday when I noticed it was no longer   
   accepting new bookmarks.  Usually when I click on Bookmark This Page   
   (Ctrl+D) the new bookmark appears in the dropdown box.  It has stopped   
   doing this and I'm not sure why.   
      
   	I tried removing all 400+ bookmarks and storing them on a floppy,   
   leaving the bookmark directory empty.  It still would not accept a new   
   bookmark.   
      
   	Is there a configuration setting I've overlooked or perhaps   
   inadvertently changed?
