Yo, gurus-   
      
   I used to click on a link and bring up a new window.   
      
   Now the link sits in the tray, and I have to click to bring it up.   
   No biggie, but mildly annoying.   
      
   I have tried to check my settings, and they all look OK,   
   but I must have overlooked something.   
      
   Any thoughts?
