   what do you mean you can't get it to run?  What happens when you click   
   on the icon to start it?   
      
   If you do uninstall don't worry.  All your settings, prefs, passwords,   
   bookmarks, etc, are stored in an area called your profile, which is   
   located differently from the program.  When you uninstall, all you're   
   doing is removing the program, not your profile.
