   I've had Netscape 4.79 on my WinXP Pro system for some time now.  Lately,   
   it only opens halfway before stopping, requiring a reboot to make it open   
   up.  I tried to install Netscape 4.8 over this version, but InstallShield   
   gets up to 99% (extracting files) and then stops.  I use Netscape mostly   
   to read newsgroups.  I'm reluctant to uninstall the program and try to   
   reinstall it, since I might not be able to install it again...and then I'll   
   be worse off.   
      
   Any suggestions?
