   Scan for which one (or ones) have a virus. Empty the folders that dont,   
   and redivide the detected group amongst them. Do it again. You will get   
   down to one message. NB the message will have an attachment   
      
   I suggest not leaving messages in the inbox. Move them to other folders   
   (not sub folders in the inbox) for storage.
