|    Firefox/Thunderbird ruined Netscape?    |

From: dankaye@nowhere.info              Shit! I thought I would try the newest version of Firefox... I had       tried it about a year ago and found it did not work with a number of       web sites, so I gave up on it. For no good reason I decided to try it       again, 2 days ago, thinking it must have improved by now.              At first it seemed to be fine and being that I figured it was the wave       of the future (I hate IE!), I decided to make it my default browser,       and Thunderbird my default mail.              Well, very soon I realized Firefox STILL does not display some pages       properly, and I decided to go back to Netscape, which ALWAYS displays       the pages I go to properly.              So, I opened up Netscape which opens on the Mail page, and all my mail       folders are GONE... AND I cannot even open up the browser window at       all, it just won't open. Additionally all the Netscape Mail buttons       are frozen, nothing works.              Is there a possible easy fix for this or do I have to go through the       whole ReInstall Netscape, re-import all my mail folders routine again?              Effing Firefox/Thunderbird, I'm going to delete them from my hard       drive!              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
