   Help!  My NS 7.1 mail Inbox is suddenly full of mixed-up e-mails.  There   
   seem to be 2 kinds of errors:   
      
   1)  Some recent (48 hours +/-) e-mails have multiplied themselves 6, 8   
   or even 12 times.  They are annoying, but are easily spotted and   
   deleted;   
      
   2)  Some e-mails dating back one month or more have had their Subjects   
   and texts confused, like this:   
      
   E-mail #1 has   
   Subject A, Sender A, Time stamp A, Body text A   
      
   E-mail #2 is immediately below #1, and has   
   Subject A, Sender A, Time stamp A, but Body text B   
      
   The net effect is that all the identifiers from E-mail #1 have "dropped   
   down" and erased all the identifiers from E-mail #2, and therefore the   
   contents of #2 are lost, because it can no longer be found by the Search   
   Messages function.   
      
   So what caused this to happen, and how do I fix it?
