   Net 8.x is a browser only.  No composer, no email, no news, no nothing   
   -- just a browser and nothing but a browser.   
      
   If you want a composer, then go to Seamonkey   
   {http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/] or look at nvu which   
   takes over where the composer leaves off: http://www.nvu.com/
