I believe the answer to your question is "Yes", by altering one of the
preferences (Edit|Preferences) or by entering "about:config" (without
   the quotes) into your browser.

Click on Edit|Mail&Newsgroup Account Settings, click on Add Account, Its
name is Secnews.netscape.com, port number 563. When you finish setting
it up, you want to subscribe to netscape.netscape7.windows and ask your
   question there.

By the By, you posted with NS 7.2 which was based on Mozilla Suite
version 1.7.2 which then progressed to Ver 1.7.13 with various security
upgrades. Mozilla has stopped advancement, but it has branched out to
Mozilla Firefox (the browser) and Mozilla Thunderbird (Mail and
Newsgroups), and the All-in-One suite has progressed to Seamonkey Ver
1.0.2, so it may be worthwhile you updating!!

   Hope this helps
