   Net 8.x is NOT an upgrade to Net 7.x  It contains a browser and only a   
   browser.  No mail, no news, no composer, no nothing.  Its based on the   
   Mozilla product Firefox.   
      
   If you're looking for an upgrade to Netscape, then I would suggest   
   Seamonkey.  Net 7.2 was based on a product called Mozilla Suite 1.7.2.   
     Moz went on to version 1.7.13, but Net stayed where it was.   
   However, the Moz people dropped the Suite, but a few dedicated   
   developers wanted to continue with it, so they came out with   
   Seamonkey. SM picks up where Moz left off:
