   I get the same effect m - you d'load the attatchment to your machine from the   
   mail server and that goes at your connection speed - this has nothing to do   
   with   
   down load manager. Tat is only used when you ... down laod a file - not when   
   you   
   get mail with attatchments. Once on you r machine it should be possible to save   
   the attathment without any speed penalty at all as the file is being copied   
   from   
   one place on the hard disk to another.
