Backup everything

   I use v7.2.   
      
   How can I backup -all- the data of Netscape ? Bookmarks, addressbook,   
   email, newsgroups I subscribed to, etc.   
      
   Some text on Internet that describes this ? Or a program that does the   
   work for me ?
