   No,not directly.  The suite is geared to work as a suite, so clicking   
   links in NC4 will open the Navigator window.   
      
   You might take a look at Optool:

   I haven't used it in a couple of years, but at that time, it worked   
   pretty well. Right click on the link in question, and choose the browser   
   of your choice.
