   You can install NS8 without those options. Note, though, that NS8 is   
   browser only, no mail, no composer, etc.   
      
   I find that I can get into make a new account easily, using Firefox on a   
   Mac. However, I get the same error page as you, using NS7.2.   
      
   However, if I spoof the UA string as either Firefox or IE, I get right in.   
      
   The easiest way to spoof the UA is with an extension. There are a   
   couple, but you night find some of the tools availabl in the Preferences   
   Toolbar to be helpful:

   Once installed, look for the UA dropdown, and choose IE6 on Win XP.
