   Thanks fellas for the replies.   
      
   Let me try and explain it again.  When I click on a link on a page it   
   does not open a new tab.  I am not having that problem.   
      
   The problem I'm have (maybe it's not a problem and 8.1.2 is made like   
   that) is when I click on a web page from my bookmarks it ALWAYS opens   
   a new tab, it does not load to the active tab.   
      
   Example, if I open a new tab manually (I have mine to load a blank   
   page)  and then I click on a web site from my bookmarks, the site load   
   to a new tab not the active blank tab. This make the blank tab   
   useless.   
      
   I've uninstalled it once and  deleted and made new profiles!! Still   
   the same problem.
