   This strange, blue-bordered appearance of some of the links just started   
   a few weeks ago, but those borders now show up in emails I received many   
   months ago. Why just some of the links, not all?   
      
   I can't find anything in the Preferences that would cause this.   
      
   Netscape 7.2.
