   First, what are you using for email? Which program?   
   Second, does your ISP have webmail availability?   
   Third, when you say no luck, you mean you still get the error message   
   after a restrart? If so, that is a good indication that there is a   
   message stuck in your mail box, most likely a malformed spam.
