Having trouble accessing Web sites recently using 8.1.2.   
      
   Some URLs attached to emails come in w/o "www"; just "http".   
      
   I can't open them.   
      
   Big hassle Copying the URL and stripping out the "http".   
   Most of the time, that Opens the URL.   
      
   When and why did this change come about?   
      
   Any enlightenment, help, etc. appreciated.   
      
   Like, should I go back to an earlier version...  Or...
