   For the past 2 months, I get an error msg when trying to open an article   
   in netscape:   
      
   NETSCP.EXE has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry   
   for this inconvience.   
   Please tell Microsoft about this problem.   
   Send error report.   
      
   Then it shuts down everything.   
      
   This started happening after I got a message that I needed to update to   
   Netscape 8.   
      
   Anyone else having this problem?
