Which version?              An 8.1.3 is coming out very soon, which should correct that. Following       that, there will be a version 9 which should solve the problem.              Try reinstalling NS8.1.2. This time, follow the install very closely.       This time when you reach the "Configure your Browser" page, look for       Feedback Program.
