   I am using Netscape 7.2 and have problems when attempting to use my   
   address book. The addresses are sorted as Last to First in the address   
   book and in the preferred alphabetical order from A to Z. However, when   
   I attempt to address a message using the address book the sort is in   
   reverse order from Z to A. What would cause this and how can I solve it.
