   You need to find the profile with admin privileges. That's the only one   
   that can delete other profiles.   
      
   You don't really need to delete the other profiles, its nice to have a   
   clean around for testing problems.  When you find the profile with admin   
   privileges, you well see in Tools>>Options>>Profiles, a Global Settings   
   button.  In Global Settings, you can set a particular profile to open   
   automatically.
