   The new profile did not help. Could you describe the problem in greater   
   detail, it is most unusual?   
      
   When you say the screen goes black, you mean the entire monitor screen,   
   or just the Netscape Window? You say on actions, what kind of actions?   
   Is it whenever you do anything with the browser? What is your version   
   of Windows. Nothing even remotely like this is happening in my   
   installation on XP, not have I heard of any such thing, and I do get   
   around.
